Un nuevo grupo de 111 migrantes venezolanos deportados desde Estados Unidos, el segundo en cinco días, llegó este lunes en Caracas, como parte de un acuerdo migratorio firmado por ambos Gobiernos para organizar vuelos de repatriación desde la nación norteamericana.
«El día de hoy estamos recibiendo 111 connacionales repatriados en el plan Vuelta a la Patria ordenado por nuestro presidente Nicolás Maduro en esta diplomacia de paz. Estamos recibiendo mujeres y hombres que están arribando en este momento para hacer el protocolo correspondiente de aseguramiento», precisó el ministro de Interior y Justicia, Remigio Ceballos, en declaraciones al canal estatal VTV.
Recordó que este es el segundo viaje de deportados que llega al país desde que se reanudaron estos vuelos de repatriación, el pasado 18 de octubre cuando regresaron 127 venezolanos.
«Hemos descrito un protocolo bien claro, con pasos bien definidos, que va a permitir que estos compañeros se incorporen a la vida para el fortalecimiento del país, para el buen vivir», dijo el ministro.
Aseguró que se le garantizan sus derechos humanos, aunque les pidió paciencia para cumplir con los protocolos que deben seguir en suelo venezolano.
Los vuelos de deportación no eran posibles hasta ahora, ya que Washington y Caracas rompieron relaciones diplomáticas en 2019.
