Indígenas de Ecuador han pedido a la Agencia Nacional de Regulación, Control y Vigilancia Sanitaria (Arcsa) que autorice la vacuna rusa Sputnik V y otros antídotos contra el coronavirus. Así lo ha afirmado Leonidas Iza, dirigente del Movimiento Indígena y Campesino de Cotopaxi (MICC), quien recordó que varios especialistas creen que Ecuador va con mucho retraso en la vacunación, al tiempo que criticó al Gobierno de Lenin Moreno por solo haber cubierto hasta ahora un 0,2 % de los nueve millones de habitantes que se ha propuesto inmunizar este año.
