La Oficina Anticorrupción de Argentina denunció al expresidente Mauricio Macri (2015-2019) por omisión maliciosa en sus declaraciones juradas y posible lavado de activos.
La Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ) había solicitado en abril que se declare nulo el «contrato de fideicomiso ciego de administración» de los bienes de Mauricio Macri, suscrito por el entonces mandatario el 12 de abril de 2016, cuatro meses después de que accediera a la presidencia.
El organismo describió además una serie de irregularidades que presentó ante la Oficina Anticorrupción.
Según la presentación de la IGJ, los bienes incluidos en «el denominado fideicomiso ciego de administración no constituían, ni por asomo, la totalidad del patrimonio de Macri».
Esos bienes, en concreto, apenas representaban «un 53% del conjunto total» de las pertenencias y propiedades del exjefe de Estado.
En su Declaración Jurada Patrimonial Integral de Carácter Público del 2015, Macri indicó que poseía el 14,7% del capital social de Agro G, cuando en realidad su tenencia accionaria era mucho mayor, según la Inspección General de Justicia.
