Dos mujeres y un hombre fallecieron la madrugada de hoy después de que naufragara la lancha neumática en la que se encontraban. El suceso tuvo lugar cerca del Muelle de Órzola, al norte de Lanzarote.
12 personas han sido trasladadas al hospital, entre las que se encontraban dos bebés y dos menores de cuatro años. Las labores de búsqueda se reanudarán después del parón de la noche, ya que se teme que todavía hay unas cuatro o cinco personas desaparecidas.
Durante la noche han llegado otras dos embarcaciones a las costas canarias con 110 inmigrantes a bordo. 58 de ellos a Fuerteventura, que se encuentran en buen estado de salud y 52 al Hierro, entre los que se encontraban dos menores que han tenido que ser trasladados a un centro hospitalario.
