Este viernes, la Cancillería China afirmó que defenderán los intereses de las empresas chinas afectadas por las sanciones de Estados Unidos apuntando que las acciones que emprende Washington solo terminan haciendo daño a los inversionistas de varios países y a sí mismo.
El vocero del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Wang Wenbin, declaró en una rueda de prensa que China tomará todas las medidas necesarias para salvaguardar los derechos e intereses legítimos de las empresas chinas y rechaza los intentos de EE.UU. de interferir en nuestros asuntos internos.
Además el ministro señaló que la llamada lista negra de entidades de EE.UU. es una herramienta que se aplica con el pretexto de defensa de los derechos humanos, para reprimir empresas e industrias específicas en un intento de desestabilizar y contener a China en su desarrollo económico.
Las afirmaciones se producen después de que la Administración del presidente Joe Biden incluyera a 14 empresas y entidades chinas a su lista negra por su supuesta implicación en «violaciones de derechos humanos» y «vigilancia de alta tecnología» contra grupos minoritarios musulmanes en la Región Autónoma Uigur de Xinjiang, algo que Pekín ha negado en repetidas ocasiones.
