Después vinieron los arrestos del militar retirado Luis Fernando Valverde; el excoronel del Ejército, Julio César Tamayo; el exjefe del Estado Mayor, Flavio Arce San Martín, y los excomandantes Jorge Pastor Mendieta, Jorge Gonzalo Terceros, Gonzalo Jarjuri y el excomandante de la División Mecanizada del Ejército, Franko Suárez.
A estos 13 militares se les suma el excomandante de la Policía en Cochabamba, Jaime Zurita, mientras que en la lista de imputados civiles, además de Áñez, están sus exministros de Energía, Rodrigo Guzmán, y Álvaro Coimbra, exministro de Justicia.
La expresidenta de facto, Jeanine Añez, sus dos exministros y cuatro militares de alto rango están acusados de los delitos de terrorismo, sedición y conspiración, mientras que otros nueve imputados enfrentan cargos por homicidios y lesiones: cinco de ellos por la masacre de Senkata y cuatro por la de Sacaba. El coronel Luis Alberto Pacheco, en tanto, tiene que rendir cuentas por una muerte ocurrida durante una represión en la ciudad de Betanzos. En todos los casos, se trata de causas por violaciones a los derechos humanos.
Evo Morales fue forzado a renunciar el 10 de noviembre, ante el acoso y las amenazas de militares y fuerzas de Seguridad, en medio de la violencia política que padeció Bolivia a finales del 2019.
El 15 de noviembre en Sacaba, ocurrió una de las represiones más graves en Sacaba, una ciudad ubicada en el departamento de Cochabamba, en donde fueron asesinados Omar Calle, César Sipe, Juan López, Emilio Colque, Lucas Sánchez, Plácido Rojas Delgadillo, Armando Carvallo Escobar, Marco Vargas Martínez y Roberto Sejas.
Cuatro días más tarde se llevó a cabo la masacre de Senkata, una localidad de El Alto, en la que murieron Antonio Ronald Quispe, Clemente Mamani Santander, Rudy Cristian Vásquez Condori, Calixto Huanacu Aguilar, Devi Posto Cusi, Pedro Quisberth Mamani, Edwin Jamachi Paniagua, José Colque Patty y Juan José Tenorio Mamani.
