Un convoy del Programa Mundial de Alimentos (PMA) fue atacado el 18 de julio en la única ruta que queda para la entrega de ayuda humanitaria en Tigray, que pasa por Semera, la capital de la vecina región de Afar, según anunció las Naciones Unidas al día siguiente.
