El príncipe Andrés del Reino Unido ha aceptado la notificación de una demanda por agresión sexual, presentada por una mujer que lo acusa de haberla obligado a mantener relaciones sexuales con él en la casa del difunto multimillonario y delincuente sexual Jeffrey Epstein.
El duque de York y su acusadora, Virginia Giuffre, han acordado que la notificación sea efectiva a partir del 21 de septiembre, según una presentación conjunta realizada este viernes ante el Tribunal de Distrito de Estados Unidos en Manhattan.
Sujeto a la aprobación del tribunal, el príncipe tendría hasta el 29 de octubre para responder formalmente a la demanda.
