La Defensoría Pública presentó hoy (jueves) una denuncia ante el Departamento de Investigaciones Policiales (DIP) por sospecha de abuso de autoridad y la detención ilegal de las tres enfermeras que fueron asesinadas a tiros en Belkia el pasado fin de semana, engaño judicial, prevención de tratos menores. y provocando deterioro mental y físico Hospitalización.
El sábado, Somaya al-Talalka , de 42 años, fue asesinada a tiros frente a su casa en Balkia. El lunes, Ynet informó que la policía arrestó a las tres hijas de Somaya , de 14, 17 y 18 años, y les impidió despedirse de ella antes del funeral.

Todo ello, abusando de la autoridad, y levantando «Un cínico reclamo de que los menores son sospechosos de homicidio, cuando es claro que no hay sospecha en su contra». Se escribió además que «en la conducta de la policía municipal hubo incluso engaños al juzgado.
