República Dominicana.– Alexander Gálvez, corresponsal del Grupo de Medios Telemicro en Haití, fue secuestrado este sábado por pandilleros haitianos en la frontera que une a ambos países.
Según una denuncia realizada por el medio haitiano “Haiti 24” y Noticias Telemicro, el periodista fue raptado en la carretera de Malpasse a plena luz del sol.
Se señalan a los miembros de la pandilla “400 Mawozo” como los presuntos responsables del hecho.
Gálvez actualmente trabaja para la Primera Emisión y la Emisión Estelar de Noticias Telemicro.
El periodista, cuya nacionalidad es haitiana, fue colaborador de la emisora de Haití “Caribbean FM”, y tenía la columna periodística “Ti Koze nan Panyòl” en el periódico “Premye Okazyon”.
