La magistrada Katherine Rubio dispuso que Jorge Luis Herasme Estrella cumpla la medida en la cárcel de Najayo, quien es supuestamente uno de los principales colaboradores de la red criminal.
También envió a prisión a Ramón Eduardo Piña Reyes (Bombón y/o Guarda), Luis Jiménez (Bonsai y/o Luis Hookah), Ángelo Spartaro Rodríguez (Soni y/o El Italiano), Rusber José Suárez Díaz (Ojitos).
De igual forma, la magistrada declaró el caso como complejo.
Igualmente, el tribunal dispuso la libertad de María Estrella, quien le impuso impedimento de salida y presentación periódica, además impuso el pago de un millón de pesos a Luis Ney, Saira Esther, Joivel Cubilete, Elizabeth Spartaro, Santa Spartaro, Yira Zimberman, James Cubilete y Miguel Ramón.
El grupo fue arrestado el 27 de octubre pasado.
