El juez Luís Roberto Barroso, del Supremo Tribunal Federal de Brasil, determinó este sábado que se debe exigir una prueba de vacunación para los viajeros que buscan ingresar al país.
El magistrado dictaminó que la presentación de un certificado de vacunación para una persona que llega desde el exterior solo puede ser dispensada por razones médicas, si el visitante procede de un país donde no hay una vacuna disponible o por motivos humanitarios excepcionales.
La decisión se produce a pesar de que el presidente del país suramericano, Jair Bolsonaro, ha rechazado en repetidas ocasiones las solicitudes del regulador sanitario estatal Anvisa de exigir pruebas de vacunación a los viajeros.
