Al menos 16 personas perdieron la vida y otras 18 sufrieron heridas en un accidente de tráfico que se produjo en el oeste de la península del Sinaí, informó Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, portavoz el Ministerio de Salud de Egipto.
«Dieciséis personas murieron y 18 sufrieron heridas debido a un choque entre un microbús y un autobús en la carretera entre las ciudades de Suez y El Tor», comunicó el portavoz.
Precisó que en su mayoría los heridos sufrieron heridas cortantes y abrasiones, así como posibles lesiones de la cabeza.
