La Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atención Permanente de Barahona dictó año de prisión preventiva y declararó complejo el proceso que se sigue contra otros cuatro involucrados en transacciones fraudulentas con tarjetas del programa de ayuda social estatal Supérate.
El Ministerio Público logró que un tribunal de esta jurisdicción le impusiera la medida de coerción en contra de Hansel Arturo Féliz Féliz, de 20 años de edad; Andy Reimi Ubiera, de 26 años; Francisco Andrés Sánchez, de 27, y Euris Bautista Sánchez, de 23.La Fiscalía de Barahona, la Procuraduría Especializada Contra los Crímenes y Delitos de Alta Tecnología y el Departamento de Investigación de Crímenes y Delitos de Alta Tecnología (Dicat), de la Policía Nacional, han establecido en el proceso que el grupo fue arrestado en flagrante delito con 103 tarjetas del programa cuando se dirigían a hacer las transacciones en negocios de esta localidad.
La jueza María Consuelo Valenzuela adoptó la decisión en atención al pedimento del Ministerio Público, luego que aportara distintas pruebas que vinculan a los encartados al acto delictivo.
Las investigaciones han permitido determinar que se trata de una estructura del crimen organizado que opera en varias regiones del país.
El Ministerio Público destaca en un comunicado de prensa que por el fraude al programa de ayuda social Supérate, el Tribunal de Atención Permanente de Santo Domingo Este también le impuso recientemente medidas de coerción a otras seis personas vinculadas a esos hechos delictivos, incluyendo tres que recibieron prisión preventiva, y además declaró el caso complejo.
La denuncia de las acciones fraudulentas fue recibida por el Ministerio Público de parte de la Administradora de Subsidios Sociales (Adess), en el transcurso de las investigaciones que desde hace alrededor de dos años realizan a nivel nacional sobre esos casos.
Los imputados deberán cumplir la medida de coerción en la cárcel pública de Barahona, mientras los fiscales a cargo del caso continúan ampliando las investigaciones.
