Un sismo de magnitud 6,2 se registró a la 1:43 (hora UTC) de este martes a unos 28 kilómetros al oeste de la ciudad filipina de Manay, en aguas de la isla de Mindanao, según el Servicio Geológico de EE.UU. (USGS, por sus siglas en inglés).
El movimiento telúrico se produjo a una profundidad de 39,2 kilómetros. De momento, no se reporta de víctimas ni daños materiales. Tampoco se ha emitido alerta de tsunami.
