Los ministros de Asuntos Exteriores de la Unión Europea (UE) aprobaron la asignación de otros 500 millones de euros (521 millones de dólares) a Ucrania para la entrega de armas. Así lo anunció el alto representante de la UE para Asuntos Exteriores, Josep Borrell, este lunes en una rueda de prensa.
De acuerdo con Borrell, el dinero provendrá del Fondo Europeo para la Paz. De este modo, el importe total de la ayuda proporcionada por el bloque a Kiev ya asciende a unos 2.000 millones de euros, detalló.
