El presidente de Ucrania, Volodímir Zelenski, ha presentado este miércoles al Parlamento nacional una iniciativa para prolongar la ley marcial en el país.
La ley marcial entró en vigor en Ucrania el 24 de febrero, tras lo cual fue prorrogada varias veces.
