El Congreso español aprueba la ‘ley del solo sí es sí’, que supedita la definición de violencia sexual a la cuestión de si ha habido o no consentimiento libre y expresado claramente por parte de la mujer.
La norma ha salido adelante con 201 votos a favor, 140 en contra (todos los diputados del conservador Partido Popular y el ultraderechista VOX) y tres abstenciones. El proyecto de ley pasará ahora al Senado.
