La Oficina Nacional de Meteorología (Onamet) informó que durante las horas de este martes, predominará un cielo mayormente soleado con ligeros incrementos nubosos y algunos chubascos aislados, también se tornará un cielo opaco de aspecto grisáceo por partículas de polvo sahariano.
Mientras que en la tarde, agregó, debido al acercamiento de una vaguada a la isla, se generarán algunos aguaceros locales con tronadas aisladas y ocasionales ráfagas de viento, hacia el suroeste, sureste y la Cordillera Central. Se prevé que dicha actividad se extienda hasta primeras horas de la noche y se replique a otras localidades vecinas.
