El párroco Nelson de Leon, resaltó en la homilia de hoy parte de la historia de este pueblo. Señaló que la sociedad en esta provincia es completa de mezcla con una mezcla de raza cultural y el desarrollando que vienen experimentando este pueblo.

Menciono la belleza que le provee la naturaleza a Samana. Habló que estamos carente de educación, organización y abogó por que se aplique la ley. Que debe respetárse la intimidad del otro. Concluyó pidiéndole al señor «nos ayude a cumplir y aplicar la ley».
