Ball escogió el primer viernes de octubre de cada año para la celebración, con el objetivo de: “ser feliz y llevar alegría a otros, aunque sea por un día”
Sonreír aporta importantes beneficios a las personas, entre ellos: 1) Disminuye los dolores corporales; 2) reduce el estrés; 3) mejora la salud; 4) hace que la persona sea más atractiva; y 5) aumenta el nivel de felicidad.
