Este jueves el Ministerio de Salud Pública notificó que durante la jornada de este miércoles sólo detectaron 20 casos nuevos de COVID-19 en República Dominicana.
La institución sanitaria explica en su boletín número 938 que actualmente el país encuentra 263 casos activos de la enfermedad y la positividad de las últimas cuatro semanas se sitúa en 1.74 %.

Conforme a la entidad, no ocurrió ninguna defunción en las últimas 24 horas, por lo que hasta la fecha han reportado 4,384 muertes por coronavirus y la letalidad se sitúa en 0.68 %.
Salud Pública indicó que 16 personas están ingresadas en condición estable con COVID-19 en República Dominicana, mque cuatro están en unidades de cuidados intensivos. No hay pacientes conectados a ventilador.
