Roslyn registró un reciente debilitamiento de sus vientos y ahora es considero categoría 3.

La coordinadora Nacional de Protección Civil (CNPC) situaba a Roslyn al oeste de Cabo Corrientes, en el estado de Jalisco, y al oeste-suroeste de Punta Mita, en el extremo norte de la Bahía de Banderas (estado de Nayarit).
