Empleados de la Corporación Estatal de Radio y Televisión Dominicana denunciaron que al director general de esa institución, Iván Ruiz, le ha quedado grande el cargo, a siete meses de posesionado.
Según denuncian, a su llegada Ruiz ha sacado del aire más de cinco programas, sin hasta la fecha presentar ninguno de la supuesta revolución que tenía en carpeta.
Sin embargo, ha focalizado la gestión en nombrar un sin número de personas para poco hacer, ya que todo el contenido está detenido mientras cobran un lujoso sueldo en comparación al que mantiene el personal que ya formaba parte de la institución, sin transparentar la nómina desde su llegada a la posición en el portal de Libre Acceso a la Información.
Dificultando así hasta el desarrollo de las labores cotidianas por el desencanto que impera en los pasillos de CERTV, ante la injerencia de Ruiz.
Y ahora llegó otro, nombrado Jorgie Muñóz, quien desde el asedio y el acoso laboral, presiona al personal ejecutivo y técnico con la amenaza de cancelarles, llegando al punto de realizar fotos a escondidas para unos supuestos reportes.
A la oficina de Recursos Humanos le llaman la casa terrorífica, ya que todos tienen miedo de acudir allí, debido a que la flamante directora es un ogro que ejecuta desde el maltrato al personal.
Quienes son cancelados, sin justificación, son sacados casi a la fuerza por militares. De los casos más sonados está el del ex encargado de Transportación, el de Informática y otros tantos.
