República Dominicana.- El Ministerio Público concluyó este lunes la lectura de la acusación y presentación de pruebas contra los implicados en el caso de corrupción administrativa denominado Antipulpo, cuyo cabecilla es el acusado Juan Alexis Medina Sánchez.
El juez Deiby Timoteo Peguero, del Séptimo Juzgado de la Instrucción del Distrito Nacional, especificó los días que le tocará a las partes querellantes y defensas presentar sus alegatos sobre el documento acusatorio, que se encuentra en la etapa preliminar del proceso penal.
El magistrado también fijó que para que este viernes, el órgano persecutor presente sus conclusiones en los pedidos de solicitudes.
Wilson Camacho, titular de la Procuraduría Especializada de la Persecución y Corrupción Administrativa (Pepca), aseguró que existen los elementos suficientes para que el juez dicte un auto de apertura a juicio de fondo contra los implicados acusados de extraer del Estado más de 4 mil millones de pesos.
