Todo esto plantea un desafío serio a la paz y el desarrollo en Asia-Pacífico», explicó Xi Jinping, en su discurso en vísperas del Foro de Cooperación Económica Asia-Pacífico (APEC) que se llevará a cabo en la capital tailandesa, Bangkok, del 18 al 19 de noviembre.
