República Dominicana. – El senador estatal de Nueva York, Luis Sepúlveda pidió este lunes al gobierno estadounidense presentar pruebas sobre el supuesto trato desigual que reciben los nacionales haitianos en la República Dominicana.
Sepúlveda precisó que en su regreso a Nueva York hará una petición con otros ofiales electos dominicanos para que respalden la investigación del congresista Adriano Espaillat sobre los supuestos abusos que reciben los haitianos en la Central Romana.

Cabe destacar que Estados Unidos lidera las deportaciones de haitianos por aire y tierra, sólo en el pasado viernes fueron deportados 190 entre ellos 49 menores desde bebés hasta adolescentes.
