La ciudadanía española se encuentra consternada luego de que se haya conocido el asesinato del pequeño Mohamed, un niño de ocho años, en la ciudad autónoma de Ceuta, situada al norte de Marruecos.
El niño salió el domingo de su casa para ir a jugar al fútbol con sus amigos y ya no regresó. El lunes por la mañana su cuerpo fue encontrado sin vida.

El cadáver fue localizado en una zona de matorral cercana a la vivienda del pequeño, en un descampado con terraplén con basura alrededor. Estaba semidesnudo y presentaba signos de violencia y un fuerte traumatismo en la cabeza.
