República Dominicana.- El estelar toletero colombiano Jorge Alfaro no participará con el equipo dominicano los Tigres del Licey en la Serie del Caribe ya que se centrará en ganarse un puesto en los Medias Rojas de Boston para la temporada de las Grandes Ligas que empieza el próximo 30 de marzo.
Los detalles fueron dados a conocer por el gerente general de los Tigres, Audo Vicente, quien anteriormente había confirmado la asistencia del estelar toletero de 29 años, al certamen que se celebrará en Caracas del 2 al 10 de febrero.
