El pleno del Congreso de los Diputados aprobó este jueves definitivamente la reforma de la ley del aborto y la primera ley trans de la democracia.
La reforma de la legislación sobre el aborto llega justo cuando el modelo de plazos acaba de recibir el aval del Tribunal Constitucional 13 años después de que el PP recurriera la norma, y ahora amplía su alcance.

Ha logrado luz verde por 185 votos a favor los de PSOE, Unidas Podemos, ERC, CUP, EH Bildu y Más País, 154 en contra entre ellos, los de PP y Vox y tres abstenciones.
La ley trans, que incluye el principio de la libre autodeterminación de género, ha supuesto la mayor fractura del movimiento feminista, también entre los socios de coalición y dentro del propio PSOE.
