«(La) Segunda Fiscalía Suprema Transitoria Especializada en Delitos Cometidos por Funcionarios Públicos solicitó prisión preventiva en contra del expresidente Pedro Castillo Terrones y los exministros Juan Silva Villegas y Geiner Alvarado López», anunció el Ministerio Público en su cuenta de Twitter.

Detalló que este requerimiento de prisión preventiva por 36 meses corresponde «al proceso penal por los delitos de organización criminal, colusión y tráfico de influencias».
