El juez federal Sebastián Casanello decretó este lunes el sobreseimiento de la vicepresidenta de Argentina, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, por un caso de un presunto lavado de dinero.
Hace semanas el fiscal Guillermo Marijuán hizo esta solicitud a Casanello en la causa conocida como ‘La ruta del dinero K’, por la cual el empresario Lázaro Báez fue condenado a 10 años de prisión, acusado de haber lavado unos 65 millones de dólares a través de la financiera llamada ‘La Rosadita’.
«Báez y otras personas han lavado, pero no encuentro elemento de prueba para vincular a Cristina Fernández con eso», indicó en su momento Marijuán.
En ese mismo orden, actuó Casanello este jueves. «Sin acusación no hay proceso penal posible», afirmó el juez, citado por medios locales.
Una vez que la Fiscalía solicita un sobreseimiento, lo correspondiente es que el juzgado finalice el procedimiento penal por ausencia de imputación.
Así mismo, tanto la Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF) como la agencia recaudadora AFIP, querellantes de la causa, coincidieron la semana pasada con el dictamen exculpatorio del fiscal.
