REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA. El ministro de Educación, Roberto Fulcar, compartió el Plan Nacional de Educación, en donde se calendarizó el reinicio del año escolar 2020-2021 para el 2 de noviembre, utilizando herramientas necesarias para impartir las clases virtuales. Como parte del proceso, los docentes iniciarán un plan de capacitación el 18 de septiembre.
