El asesino de 7 policías la semana pasada en la localidad haitiana de Savien, en la región de Artibonite, fue supuestamente planificado en Puerto Príncipe por tres altos cargos de la Policía Nacional de Haití (PNH).
Así lo revela un informe del Servicio Departamental de Inteligencia remitido a la Dirección Departamental de Artibonite (DDA) de la Policía Nacional de Haití, de acuerdo con los medios.
El documento se filtró a la prensa local e incluso fue autentificado por el jefe de un sindicato policial, Lionel Lazarre. Se trata de tres altos funcionarios de la PNH, entre ellos dos inspectores generales y un comisario de división.
También participan en este ataque una coalición de bandas de Savien, Palmiste, Liancourt y los mercenarios de la Canaan, así como una organización política, siempre de acuerdo con lo revelado por los medios de prensa locales.
“Su principal objetivo es provocar el caos en Artibonite, lo que llevaría al asesinato del comandante del distrito de St. Marc y del DDA por parte de agentes de policía”, reza el documento.
También pudo tener como meta azuzar a la Policía contra todos los comandantes de la jurisdicción de Artibonite, agredir físicamente al director del DDA y utilizar elementos de las redes sociales para orientar la opinión hacia un fracaso de la institución.
