México rechaza sumarse la idea de crear una moneda común en América Latina para intercambios comerciales semejante a la propuesta por Brasil y Argentina, dijo el presidente mexicano Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
«Nosotros no estaríamos de acuerdo. Por muchas razones tenemos que seguir manteniendo como referencia al dólar», dijo el mandatario izquierdista en su conferencia matutina de prensa.
Las declaraciones se producen un día después de que el presidente de Brasil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, y su homólogo argentino Alberto Fernández defendieran que se avance en un proyecto de moneda común en Suramérica para transacciones comerciales.
Pero, cuestionado por el tema, López Obrador dudó de la veracidad de la iniciativa. «Quiero aclarar algo, no estoy seguro de que sea una propuesta de Argentina y de Brasil, creo que puede faltar información. Yo no he visto nada sobre este tema”, aseveró.
Asimismo, aseguró que le preocupa «que sea algo inventado para perjudicar la imagen de Brasil yArgentina o para buscar la confrontación con Estados Unidos por el dólar”.
Yo estoy a favor de una moneda única, Sudamericana, Porque un país este desacero, no quiere decir que los demás lo estén.
Latino América necesita unirse mas.
