El presidente de México Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) mantuvo una llamada telefónica con su homólogo de Brasil, Lula Da Silva, la mañana de este 1 de marzo.
Así lo confirmó el presidente brasileño mediante su cuenta de Twitter, en la cual detalló que en la plática se priorizó el tema de cooperación económica entre ambas naciones. Además, dio a conocer que el Jefe del Ejecutivo Mexicano le extendió la invitación para viajar a tierra azteca y aunque no adelantó alguna fecha tentativa, Da Silva afirmó que su visita sería lo más pronto posible.
Cabe recordar que, el también líder del Partido de los Trabajadores (PT) no ha sostenido ningún encuentro con López Obrador desde su ascenso a la Presidencia de Brasil, en cuyos comicios de octubre del 2022 resultó triunfador frente a su antecesor Jair Bolsonaro.
