Para ejecutar acciones con respecto a Haití o a cualquier otra nación del mundo, no hay que hacer ningún pacto de cámaras y figureo ni nada de eso, lo que hay que hacer es seguir un protocolo como sugirió Leonel, y al final Abinader tuvo que seguir los planteamientos y sugerencias que hizo Leonel, quien al final tuvo la razón.
