República Dominicana. – La Dirección General de Contrataciones Públicas (DGCP) y la Unidad Antifraude de la Contraloría General de República, en actuación conjunta con la Dirección General de Ética e Integridad Gubernamental (Digeig), entregaron este lunes al presidente Luis Abinader el informe de la investigación realizada al acuerdo suscrito entre el Instituto Postal Dominicano (Inposdom) y Mía Cargo Group.
Según la DGCP, el informe entregado establece que la gestión de Adán Peguero al frente del Inposdom agregó “nuevas violaciones” y “nuevos actores” al contrato de origen e “ilegal” que se firmó en el 2008 entre esa entidad pública e Inversiones Tahití, S.A.
Explica que el 13 de noviembre de 2008, el entonces director del Inposdom, Modesto Guzmán, firmó contrato con la empresa Inversiones Tahití, “que posteriormente devino en el acuerdo con la razón social Mía Cargo Group”.
