El frente 33 de las disidencias de las extintas Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) se atribuyó el atentando perpetrado el pasado sábado contra un Comando de Atención Inmediata (CAI) en el barrio de Arborizadora Alta, perteneciente a la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar, en el sur de Bogotá, donde dos niños resultaron muertos y 35 personas heridas.
De acuerdo al diario El Colombiano, tras este ataque, calificado por el presidente colombiano, Iván Duque, como «terrorista», se reportó el deceso de dos menores de edad. Se trata de Daniel Estiven Duque, de 12 años de edad, que se encontraba cerca de su casa cuando ocurrió la explosión, y que quedó con lesiones que le causaron la muerte posteriormente, y de Ivana Salomé Rangel, de cinco años, quien falleció la mañana de este lunes tras ser diagnosticada con muerte cerebral.
