Salud pública reportó el jueves 200 nuevos casos de covid-19 en la mayoría de las provincias del país, quedando sin reportes de nuevos contagio solo cuatros en las últimas 24 horas. Entre ellas Barahona, Elías Piña, Monseñor Nouel y Peravia.
En el boletín dado a conocer el jueves el país a nivel nacional, reportó 903 nuevos casos positivos del Covid-19, captados en 7,283 muestras procesadas, de las cuales 40 fueron de la PCR y 7,243 de antígenos.
El país en lo que va de un rebrote ha acumulado 3,576 casos activos del virus y un total de 594,964 diagnósticos positivos desde marzo del 2020 a la fecha, de acuerdo al reporte del boletín epidemiológico número 819 dado a conocer ayer por la Dirección General de Epidemiología del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
No obstante, hay que tomar en cuenta que entre el boletín emitido por el Ministerio de Salud Pública el miércoles y el de ayer jueves, las provincias que no reportan casos positivos, tampoco fueron hechas pruebas diagnósticas significativas.
