República Dominicana.- Las juezas del Segundo Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional, cesaron este jueves la prisión preventiva al exadministador de la Lotería Nacional, Luis Dicent y principal imputado en el presunto fraude a las bancas de apuestas, con el sorteo especial del primero de mayo del 2021.
El tribunal le impuso arresto domiciliario e impedimento de salida, cuya modalidad cautelar deberá cumplir en su residencia de Bonao.
En las motivaciones de la jueza Claribel Nivar, presidenta del tribunal donde se conoce el juicio de fondo fue apegada a las normas como lo establece el Código Procesal Penal, que para casos complejos la prisión como medida de coerción no puede superar más de 18 meses como guardaba en Najayo.
El abogado del imputado, José Bernechea, se comprometió a que Dicent acuda a todas las audiencias como lo estableció la jueza.
