La Corte Suprema de Brasil impuso la prisión preventiva por tiempo indefinido a 942 de los 1,406 seguidores del expresidente Jair Bolsonaro detenidos por los actos golpistas del 8 de enero, informó este viernes el tribunal.
El magistrado Alexandre de Moraes, instructor del caso, indicó que el análisis de las audiencias de custodia de los detenidos en flagrante, quienes pasarán al régimen de prisión preventiva, una medida cautelar que no estipula un plazo para una sentencia.

Otras 464 personas fueron amparadas con medidas cautelares y responderán ante la Justicia en «libertad provisional», pero sometidos a varias condiciones, entre ellas el uso de tobillera electrónica para ser monitoreados y presentación semanal ante las autoridades.
