Mayka Navarro publica que ese recurso de apelación presenta «garantías a los magistrados de que el brasileño permanecerá en su domicilio de Barcelona el tiempo necesario hasta la celebración del juicio».
Entre esas «garantías» podría estar el uso de una pulsera telemática, la entrega del pasaporte, firmar a diario en los juzgados o depositar una cantidad de dinero para cubrir cualquier responsabilidad económic del juicio.
