República Dominicana. – El mandatario de la República, Luis Abinader, llevará a cabo este sábado y domingo el comienzo de obras sociales y turísticas en las provincias Santiago Rodríguez y Pedernales.
La agenda del mandatario en Santiago Rodríguez empezará en el municipio de Monción, donde inaugurará un Centro de Atención Integral a la Primera Infancia (Caipi), la Casa Hogar de Ancianos, varios apartamentos económicos para familias de escasos recursos y la Capilla Pilato en Cercadillo, municipio de Sabaneta.
Mientras, para el domingo, el gobernante viajará a Pedernales, donde entregará algunas obras sociales y comenzará la construcción de los dos primeros hoteles del gran proyecto turístico que tiene el Gobierno en esa demarcación.
Según informó la Presidencia, entregará la Escuela Vocacional de las Fuerzas Armadas, el programa Oportunidad 14/24, enfocado en formar e insertar en el mercado laboral a jóvenes entre 14 y 24 años que no estudian ni trabajan, conocidos como “Ninis”.
