Al menos 20 pasajeros murieron en el choque de un autobús con otro vehículo en Nigeria, informaron la policía y fuentes oficiales este sábado.
A causa del choque, que se produjo en Lanlate, en el estado de Oyo (suroeste), el viernes, ambos vehículos ardieron.

«Fue un accidente fatal. Hemos contado 20 cuerpos, totalmente quemados», dijo a la AFP Gbenga Obalowo, dirigente del distrito de Ibarapa.
Según él, dos personas ingresaron en el hospital «con quemaduras graves».
Obalowo achacó el accidente a la conducción temeraria. Un oficial de la policía estatal confirmó el accidente y el balance de 20 muertos, pero no aportó más detalles.
