República Dominicana. – El juez del Juzgado de Paz Especial de Tránsito del Distrito Judicial de La Altagracia, Gregorio Torre Spencer, aplazó para este jueves a la 9:00 de la mañana la medida de coerción contra Franklin Nin Pérez, el conductor del autobús que se volcó en el Bulevar Turístico del Este, Bávaro, provincia La Altagracia.
El aplazamiento se produjo debido al pedimento de los abogados de Nin Pérez quienes pidieron tiempo para estudiar el expediente acusatorio.
