En amarilla; el Seibo, San Pedro de Macorís, la Altagracia, el Gran Santo Domingo, la Romana, Monte Plata, Monte Cristi, Monseñor Nouel, Hato Mayor, Sanchez Ramirez, San Cristobal y Samaná.
En verde; Santiago, la Vega, Maria Trinidad Sánchez, Azua, Puerto Plata, Duarte, San Juan, Santiago Rodríguez y Valverde.
Las personas deben abstenerse de cruzar ríos, arroyos y cañadas que presenten alto volúmenes de agua, no hacer uso de balnearios, debido a la turbiedad y el volumen de agua que a un mantienen.
