República Dominicana.- El Colegio Médico Dominicano (CMD) y sus 56 Sociedades Médicas Especializadas hicieron un llamado este martes al paro de servicios para todas las Administradoras de Riesgo de Salud (ARS) del país.
El paro se llevará a cabo durante los días jueves 17 y viernes 18 de noviembre e incluirá a pacientes afiliados al Seguro Nacional de Salud (Senasa).

Las emergencias y los pacientes de cuidados críticos sí serán atendidos.
El presidente de la entidad, Senén Caba, explicó que el paro será a causa de no recibir respuestas ni una propuesta por parte de las ARS.
Caba precisó que el CMD sigue firme y continuará escalando el nivel de la lucha hasta ver sus demandas cristalizadas.
