En vista de esta nueva denuncia, las autoridades académicas anunciaron que lo investigarán, mientras que el docente niega las acusaciones en su contra. Esta caso ha causado indignación en un grupo de mujeres que considera que la institución ha actuado con retraso.
La primera alerta en las redes la hizo la antropóloga Mónica Godoy, quien publicó en su cuenta de Twitter varias imágenes que habrían sido difundidas en sus clases por Oswaldo Ordóñez, profesor de la Facultad de Minería y Medio Ambiente de la Universidad Nacional Colombia, en su sede Medellín (Antioquia).
