República Dominicana.- Mediante el Decreto número 594-22, el presidente de la República Dominicana, Luis Abinder designó este martes a la vicepresidenta Raquel Peña Rodríguez, como presidenta del Gabinete Eléctrico.
De igual manera, contiene la designación del ministro de Salud Pública, Daniel Enrique de Jesús Rivera Reyes, como presidente del Gabinete de Salud.
Este Decreto modifica el artículo 2 del Decreto núm. 71 -21, de fecha 8 de febrero del año 2021, para que en lo adelante se lea como sigue: El Gabinete de Transformación Digital estará integrado por los miembros titulares de los organismos siguientes:
a) Ministerio de la Presidencia (MINPRE), quien lo presidirá.
b) Ministerio de Economía, Planificación y Desarrollo (MEPYD).
c) Ministerio de Educación (MINERD).
d) Ministerio de Educación Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología (MESCYT).
e)Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Mipymes (MICM).
f) Ministerio de Administración Pública (MAP).
g) Consultorio Jurídica del Poder Ejecutivo (CJPE).
h) Instituto Dominicano de las Telecomunicaciones (INDOTEL).
i) Oficina Presidencial de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (OPTIC).
Esta disposición deroga todo decreto, resolución o instrucción previa que le resulte contraria.
